Brief Bio Andrew I. Adamatzky is Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Director of the Unconventional Computing Centre, University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. He does research in reaction-diffusion computing, cellular automata, physarum computing, massive parallel computation, applied mathematics, collective intelligence and robotics, bionics, computational psychology, non-linear science, novel hardware, and future and emergent computation.

	Ramon Alonso-Sanz Universidad Politecnica de Madrid UPM Spain
Brief Bio Dr. Ramon Alonso-Sanz is a Senior Lecturer in Statistics and Operational Research in the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (UPM), Spain. He has a long experience in teaching Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research and lately Cellular Automata and other Discrete Dynamical Systems to undergraduate and PhD Students at UPM. He is member of the research Group of Complex Systems of the UPM, of the Unconventional Computing Group (UWE), and of the Spanish network of researchers in Dynamical Systems (DANCE). He co-organized AUTOMATA (the annual meeting of cellular automatists) in 2008, and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Cellular Automata. Dr. Alonso-Sanz has been involved in numerous Spanish funded research projects, and in the UK EPSRC funded Project: Discrete Dynamical Systems with Memory: A New Tool for Modelling Complexity. He does research in cellular automata and other discrete dynamical systems with memory. Current research interest focuses in spatial quantum games.

	Genaro J. Martinez Independent Researcher Mexico
Brief Bio Genaro J Martinez is a Mexican researcher at the High School of Computer Sciences, National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico City, Mexico, and visiting fellow at the Unconventional Computing Centre, University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. His does research in cellular automata, unconventional computing, artificial life, complex systems, and swarm robotics. 	Georgios Sirakoulis Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace Greece
Brief Bio Dr. Georgios Ch. Sirakoulis received his Diploma degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (1996) from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTh), Greece, and for his Diploma Thesis he received a prize of distinction from the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). In 2001, he received his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. He is an Associate Professor with tenure in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace (2008-today). Moreover, he is EUROPRACTICE representative for DUTh, and he has served as a member at the EU IDEAS programme. Furthermore, he is Associate Editor in “Microelectronics Journal“, “Journal of Cellular Automata“, “International Journal of Parallel, Emergent and Distributed Systems“, “Journal of Applied Matehematics“, “Recent Patents on Electrical & Electronic Engineering” and “Conference Papers in Computer Science“. He is now principal investigator/responsible of the following funded on-going scientific projects: Green Center: Energy-Efficient MPSoCs for Datacenters (GSRT funding for period 2012-2015) and Supermicro: Energy Management Optimization of Autonomous Hybrid Systems (GSRT funding for period 2011-2015). He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEEE), of the IEEE Computer Society, of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), of HiPEAC, of the European Geosciences Union (EGU) and TEE. He was general co-chair of ACRI 2014 Conference (Cellular Automata for Research and Industry), ACRI 2012, SFHHMY 5, and of several Special Sessions in IEEE NANO 2015, PDP 2015, HiPEAC CSW 2014, PCI 2014, PDP 2014, ICECS 2013, etc. His courses lab activities are sponsored by ARM, Freescale, Xilinx and Altera.
