SCOPE
This special session provides a focused platform for researchers and practitioners to present their work and discuss the latest innovations, trends, challenges, and practical applications in the use of intelligent technologies for agriculture. This session aims to foster interaction among multidisciplinary communities involved in automation, artificial intelligence, sensing systems, and agricultural science.
Smart agriculture extends the traditional agricultural paradigm by integrating novel technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things to improve efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in agricultural processes. This session seeks to explore how these technologies can overcome challenges such as climate change, resource scarcity, and supply chain transparency, and contribute to data-driven, environmentally conscious farming systems.
TOPICS OF INTEREST
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- AI for Crop Disease, Yield, and Resource Optimization
- AI for Decision Support
- Autonomous Robots for Harvesting and Monitoring
- Blockchain for Traceability
